The four chefs who faced off in the recent skills test are back to prepare their own two-course Signature Dishes. They have 90 minutes to create a flawless main course and dessert that showcase their unique culinary styles and creativity. After tasting, the judges will decide which two chefs will be eliminated and which two will advance to the Quarter Final.
