Both seasoned veterans and newcomers aim to secure their share of the anticipated 14 million pounds of crab, with the opportunity to earn an entire year’s salary in just one week. Each captain has crafted their own plan for success. With a radio countdown marking the start, the first pots are cast into the frigid waters. Hours pass as the pots are set, and soon, complications arise when one boat's stabilizer malfunctions, creating a hazardous situation for its crew. Meanwhile, others scramble through fish guts and crab pots, all vying for a slice of the $80 million king crab bounty.
